Privacy & Security

Your work is safe with us. Uploads are encrypted and retained according to your plan: up to 7 days on Free, 30 days on Creator Lite and Creator, and 1 year on Studio. Image to Layers does not use your uploads to train its own models; third-party AI processing is governed by the applicable provider terms in our Privacy Policy.

Can I use the images for commercial work?

Commercial use depends on your plan, the model used for the job, and your rights to the input and final content. Creator and Studio plans support commercial workflows where the applicable model terms permit them. You are responsible for reviewing third-party rights before publishing.

How long do you keep my uploaded images?

Retention depends on your plan: up to 7 days on Free, 30 days on Creator Lite and Creator, and 1 year on Studio. You can delete supported files earlier from your dashboard. We do not use uploads to train our own models.

What file formats do you support?

We currently support JPG, PNG, and WebP input formats. For export, you can download your layers as a layered PSD file (compatible with Photoshop, Procreate, Affinity) or as individual PNG files with transparency preservation.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If our AI failed to process your image correctly, please send us the Job ID (or the image itself) via the form above. We will investigate the issue and issue a full refund to your credit balance or original payment method.
