Notice
If you believe content available through the service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@imagetolayers.com with your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the material or location at issue, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
Review and action
We may request additional information, restrict access to material, notify the affected account, and take other action appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law. A notice should concern content hosted or made available by the service; we cannot determine ownership of every private user upload.
Counter-notice
An affected user may submit a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law. We may forward the counter-notice and restore access where legally appropriate. We may terminate repeat infringers or accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual-property rights.
