Allowed use
You may use the service for lawful personal and commercial workflows when you have the necessary rights to your inputs and outputs.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, or content that endangers children.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, harmful impersonation, fraud, harassment, or deceptive deepfakes.
- Content that promotes terrorism, targeted violence, hate, or unlawful discrimination.
- Copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other infringement, including unauthorized use of protected brands or characters.
- Removing watermarks or ownership identifiers from content you do not own or have permission to modify.
- Attempts to bypass rate limits, safety systems, access controls, or payment protections.
Reports and appeals
Report suspected misuse to support@imagetolayers.com with the relevant account, job, or URL details. We may block content, suspend accounts, preserve records, or report unlawful activity when required. If an enforcement action was mistaken, contact us with the relevant context for review.
